Cashew tree seedlings distributed
Malur: Cashew seedlings were distributed in Malur Gram Panchayat as part of the Cashew Farming Expansion Project implemented by the Kerala State Cashew Farming Development Agency. At a function held at the Malur Panchayat Auditorium, Gram Panchayat President K. Suresh Babu inaugurated the distribution by handing over the cashew seedlings to the master farmer.
The saplings were distributed to farmers who had applied for the saplings under the scheme. The aim of the scheme is to expand cashew cultivation, provide incentives to farmers, and ensure the development of the agricultural sector.
